CHICAGO, October 1. Nature eventually may evolve a Hew gland of internal secretion to counteract cancer, Dr. William F. Koch, cancer specialist of Detroit, said in an address at the convention of Hie American Association for Medico-Physical Research. 1 “Cancer did not come into the world ■to destroy the body that produces it,’’ Dr. Koch said. “It must be a new response to environment and mechanism in the progress 'of evolution. We must look for a new gland of internal secretion providing better adaptation to environment at sometime in the future.”
