BRITISH PARLIAMENT RESUMPTION OF SESSION \ (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 2 p.m. ' LONDON. Nov. 7. Parliament re-assembles to-morrow after the summer recess to continue the work of the session, which opened in February, and will, if is anticipated, be prorogued on December 21. The six weeks available promise to be exceptionally busy, and the time of Parliament will be almost fully occupied by the discussion of various stages of six important Bills, including the Unemployment. Insurance Bill and the Film Bill. Efforts will be made to have several other Bills considered, including a Bill for the registration of nursing homes and the Mental Deficiency Bill, which will permit persons suffering from the aftereffects of sleepy sickness to be more effectively dealt with. A, day will most probably be set aside for the discussion in each House of a measure for the revision of the Prayer Book. The Geneva Naval Conference breakdown, it is expected, will be debated, ainb special days will also probably be set aside for the discussion ( ,f unemployment and the supplementary estimates for the Shanghai defence force.
