Weights for second day’s events declared about 8 p.m., October 27 (night of first day’s races) and acceptances for all seoond day’s events close at 9 p.m. same night. Rules of racing.—Part XV., Rulo 13: "By tho entering of a horse, every person having or subsequently acquiring an interest in such horse, shall be deemed thereby to undertake, neither directly nor indirectly, to make any wager with a bookmaker in connection with such horse, or any other horso in tho raco in which such horse is so entered.
