TO BEITISH WARSHIPS (British Official Wireless.) Kec. 2 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 18. Tlie British cruisers, Calcutta and Cairo, which reached Washington yesterday, had a cordial reception from representatives of the United States Government and navy, and from the public.
