OVERWHELMING VICTORY
FOR RUMANIAN LIBERALS (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) BUCHAREST, July 8.
The election returns indicate that M, Bratiano's new Liberal Government 'Mas scored an overwhelming victory, gaining 328 scats,- the national peasants 40 and the minorities' bloc 14. ' Bratiano's party had only 15 scats in the last Parliament.
