The method jointly suggested by the ■ British, French, Italian and German Govern incuts’ representatives for The solution of the incident between Jugo-Slavia and Albania, which arose over the arrest at Durazzo of M. Jarascovileh, who was attached to the Jugo-Slav Legation in Albania, lias Veen accepted by both parties to tin* dispute, and the four Powers have been thanked for their efforts in the cause of conciliation and peace. The four Powers’ proposal provided for flu' release of M. Jarascovileh by the Albanians and Ihe cancellation of the offending phrases in the Jugoslav Note.
