RAIL .SUPERANNUATION NEWCASTLE, June 15. “The Railway Superannuation Fund is bankrupt to the extent of £10,000,000,” declared the newlyappointed chairman of the Local Government Superannuation Board, Air. O’Hnlloran. “Unless the Government commits itself to a greater liability, many of the present employees will not get anything out of the fund,” he added. “The scheme will have to be reconstructed to become solvent.”
