CHILD ENDOWMENT
THE COMMONWEALTH SCHEME MELBOURNE, June 21. After discussing child endowment, the Premiers' conference passed a resolution recommending tho appointment of a Royal Commission to investigate every phase of child endowment,, particularly in relation to wage regulation. Mr. Lang was the only dissentient. The Commission will be appointed immediately. Tho conference adjourned to July 12 u-heii it will re-assemble at Sydney.
