GLASGOW, May 6. In. its effort to solve a. terrific traffic problem, Glasgow is building at Finnieston a bridge to cost £1,000,000. The bridge will eliminate the need for the present four ferries and .tunnel in, the busy western district. A new bridge is also under construction aerpss tlio Clyde at Bromielaw, and this 'will bo formally opened by the King next July.
