FOREIGN BUTTER
EXHIBITION IN SYDNEY (Received June 11, 1 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 11. At a conference of the Co-operative Dairy Factory Managers and Secretaries' Association of New South Wales an assortment of foreign butters, specially imported for the enlightenment of delegates, was inspected. Mr Wigan, senior Federal grader for New South Wales, adjudged a box of Australian butter which was made in February and had been in cold storage since then, the best, with points. New Zealand and Irish were placed, second with points, and Danish third with 92 points. It was suggested that the conference enth year Should hold a butter'competition open to all States and New Zealand.
