The Albanian Government has telegraphed the League secretariat detailing tbo events in connection with the Jugoslavia. rupture, stating that it had made unavailing efforts to soften the Belgrade Note, which it describes as singularly severe. It. adds that its own attitude lias been one of exceptional deference, and ii is continuing to show great patience and moderation.
