Lamb 3.o43d.'per lb G mutton 2.442 d. per lb. The above figures, the letter explained, were based bn 341 b. average for lamb, arid 561 b. average for mutton. The (mounts placed against insurance, interest, exchange and selling commission must not be taken as standard figures, and they inav be altered from time to time, dependent op the variations of the Smithfield market.
