The line weather zone extended as far south a.* Gisborne this morning, 1 nt in the south overcast conditions continued. Light northerly breezes were reported at Gisborne and further south, and light, southerlies in the north. The barometer showed ‘little movement, and temperatures at p o’clock were: Auckland fiS degrees, Last Gape and Wanganui .10, Gisborne .14. Opotiki and Napier fi3, Wellington oh. A moderate swell was reported at East Capo; seas elsewhere were moderate to smooth.
