BOMBERS TAKE £BO,OOO

TWO MEN KILLED. PAYROLL TRUCKS DYNAMITED. PITTSBURG, March 1.1. Two men were reported killed and a payroll of the Pittsburg Terminal Coal Company, containing about £BO,OOO, was stolen this afternoon, when two armored tracks of the Brinks Express Company were bombed on the Brightwood road, the Brinks company reported. Mines had been placed on the road near the No. 8 mine of the company, and these were set off as the trucks rolled over them, reports to police said. Tho two trucks were virtually destroyed. In addition to two men killed, one was seriously injured. The reports that two men were killed were not immediately confirmed. It was said that the payroll represented the earnings of 920 men for a fifteen-day period. The bandits, apparently familiar with the operations of the armored cars, had placed the charges in strategic points and had concealed their battery behind a. fallen tree, hidden from view of the road. The money cars, money and guards were scattered in the holes made by the blast. Tho bandits picked up tho money sacks, the work of a minute, and escaped. Pittsburg police,, county officers and State police from Butler and OreonsImrg barracks are combing Western Pennsylvania for the touring car, believed to be stolen, containing the bandits.
