BIG ARBITRATION CASE CLAIM UNDER DAWES PLAN (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) PARIS, Jan. 10. An arbitration case involving £4">o,000,000, the largest amount ever involved in litigation, will open at The Hague on January 21. Germany is claiming the right under the Dawes plan to doduct from reparations payments sums paid to her own nationals for the loss of property sequestrated in the Allied countries. The Allies are opposing the claim, eontending that the Dawes annuities were intended to cover all payments to the Allies, and not to German nationals.
