The contractors for the building which is to lie built in Peel street for the Poverty Bay Power Hoard commenced work today, a start being made with the excavation work for the foundations. The building which is being erected on the vacant section next to Sheridan and Adair's building' will be a two-storeyed one, and in addition to making provi-
sion for electrical showrooms and a board room, will have office nccommodat ion.
