MOSCOW'S OPEN ATTACK RIGA, Nov. 22. ' In view of the recent disturbance in Java the Communist International is concentrating more attention on the Dutch East Indies as a likely field for further activities abroad. The Executive Committee has issued an appeal calling on "the world's work" to arrange mass meetings against the "Imperialistic terrorist" in the Dutch East Indies and demonstrate before all the Dutch embassies and consulates, demanding the withdrawal of all Dutch forces from the country. The Executive of the Communist , International is meeting to-morrow to discuss the plan of action necessary to 'exploit the latest developments in ,China. Tho Soviet press says that the revolutionary movement there, which was hitherto directed against Britain and Japan, is now linked up with the world's proletariat against I all forms of Imperialism. ;
