N.Z. CHAMPIONSHIPS TO-DAY'S RESULTS The attendance at the Ngatevpa Sports Club's annual meeting, continued at. the Park, to-day, showed a Slight falling oft" as compered with Saturday. The .standaid of competition was maintained, however, and the public was delighted with the,programme, which embraced over 30 events. A grfcat race, with inches between the placed men. Williams led to within 2ft. of the tape, when Hurrey lunged forward and beat him. TWO-MILE N.Z. CYCLING CHAM-PIONSHIP.-J. Henderson 1, W. Mackie2, S. McCann 3. Time, 5.55. The visitors allowed Hamilton, a local entrant, to make the pace for practically the whole distance, but in the last half mile easily outdistanced the remaining deters.
