i N.S.W. ENDOWMENT RILL. ' SYDNEY, December 29. The Children's Endowment Bill will he framed and introduced as soon as Parliament meets on January 11. It applies, to families where the breadwinner earns not more than £SOO yearly. Six shillings weekly is allowed each child under the age of 14, and in cases of 'illness the father will be given the If.um for children over 14 years. Illegitimates and children of aliens are not included. The scheme will absorb about £7,000,000 annually,, and will affect 452,030 children.
