The Coal Lumpers Union, at a special meeting, decided not to cease work in support of the watersiders' "no-'over-time '' strike until instructed by union officials to do so. This i.s tho second rebuff received by the watersiders in tho past week. It is known that a number.of other man time unions, including tho stewards, marine cooks, bakers, audi butchers, support the-stand taken by the seamen and lumpers. Notwithstanding this opposition tho watersiders seem determined to to continue the strike.
