LONDON, Nov. 25. General Ashmore, who commanded London's air defences during the war, showed during, a lecture to-day that the Eastern countries were now provided with a network of observation posts six or eight miles apart. All were linked up by telephone with an observation centre from which two brigades of artillery were controlled to defend London.
