Lc Petit Journal’s Romo correspondent says the Italian Crown Prince Umberto is betrothed to the Rumanian Princes Ileana. Prince Umberto, heir apparent Italian throne, is the only son of King Victor Emanuel. He was bom on
September 15, 1904. Princess Ilc&na is the youngest daughter of King Ferdinand of Rumania, and was born on January 5, 1909. She accompanied her mother on her recent tour of America and Canada.
