LITTLE WAIF ADOPTED , (Australian and N.Z. Cable Associations LONDON, Nov. 25. The Queen, who devotes a sum annually to scholarships, lias adopted a little boy waif from one of the Church of England Waifs and Strays Society’s homes, and is sending him to school, where he wjll be educated and brought up at her expense.
