The overtime strike lias greatly delayed inter-Stato shipping, and unless a settlement is effected the congestion will become acute within the next fortnight. The lllituaron, which was scheduled to sail at 5 p.m., had not- completed then, and was delayed over two hours. MELBOURNE, November 26. A complete deadlock has arisen over the watersiders’ dispute. There is no possibility of a settlement during the week-end, but there is no likelihood of a direct extension of the dispute or a hold-up of shipping.
