FULFILLED TOO LATE.

LONDON, Nov. 17. While visiting the Home for Incurables at Streatha the Prince of Wales met F. Deacon, who played the clarinet in the Royal Scots Band at a Government House dinner at Rangoon, during the Prince's tour. On that occasion the Prince invited the band to drink his health, but the supply of beer was exhausted before Deacon's turn came.
