LIQUOR IN NORWAY
PROPOSED REGULATIONS {Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.* (Received November 26, 3 p.m.) OSLO, Nov. 25. A Government committee, reporting on the results of the prohibition plebiscite, recommends the issue of cards to persons over ill desiring to buy liquor, but debarring persons who break the liquor laws or otherwise prove themselves unworthy.
