His Lordship the Bishop of Waiapu will bo the guest of Air. K. Sherratt, of Swathmoor, from to-morrow till Tuesday, and of Mr. A. C. Steele, of Tahunga, from November 15 to 17. Mr. 0. H. Seddon, Jate of the Blenheim office of the Land and Deeds Department, has, arrived in Gisborne and taken up the duties of District Lands Registrar here, in succession to Mr. Roy P. 'Laird, recently transferred to Napier. Mr. and .Mrs. (.'. Aljji'echt, of Capetown, who have been visiting Mr. Allneeht's brother, Mr. ,T. A. Albrecht, of Gisborne, Left by overland .service this morning on the return journey to South Africa. They will be accompanied by Mr. Albrecht's mother. 3frs. M Albrecht. and niece. Miss L. Goodyp'ar, and will travel by the Maunganui from Wellington to Sydney, completing the voyage to Capetown in the Themislocles." Mr. and Mrs. .1. A. Albrecht accompanied 'their relatives as far as jNapier, where they will make a short •stav.
