FICTITIOUS INVOICES LONDON, Oct. 25. The Weekly Despatch says thai ihe Customs authorities are expected to institute proeoedings against several West End firms for defrauding the revenue of huge sums by importing foreign cars on fictitious invoices, which gave ilie prices as much below those at which, the deals wrrp actually made.
