LABOR MEMBER’S SLUR DRUNK IN THE HOUSE (Sydney Sun. Cables.) LONDON, Oct. 13. Commoners of all parties are indignant at Dr. Salter’s aspersions regarding members being drunk in the House. They point out that the' bar returns offer tiie best answer. There lias been recently a great decline in the consumption of liquor.
