AN ACTIVE AGITATION “SONS OF ENGLAND” JUSTICE MINISTER’S WARNING (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Australian and N Z. Cable Association.i (Received October 15, noon). CAPETOWN, Oct. 14.' An active agitation against the Government's flag policy has been carried o.’i by the “Sons of England" organisation., and has resulted , in a remarkable circular being issued by the Minister of Justice, in which he calls for a list of police officers who attended the conference of “Sons of England,” at East London. He-also states that in view of this organisation having become political officers may no longer, take- an active part in its affairs.
