ANOTHER DEVELOPMENT PETITIONER'S RE-ENTRY (Per Press Association.) " AUCKLAND, this dav. At the Seddon Memorial Technical College inquiry this morning, George Laing, the petitioner, requested permission to re-enter. He alleged' that he had intended to call fourteen members of the staff, but three had been intimidated and pressure brought to prevent them giving evidence. The commissioner ruled that, Lain" could re-enter, but he might be liable for costs. , The petitioner decided to seek legal advice before deciding. &
