The Archbishop of Canterbury, defining his attitude towards birth control, concerning which misleading reports were published, declares that it is true that he declined to denounce as necessarily sinful all and every method of birth control. Circumstances arise in regard to which a blunt denunciation would be unfair and misleading. tie did, however, denounce as lainumlable and mischievous the advice of a -roup led by Marie Slopes.
