The hoard remains strongly of the opinion Dial Die best interests of the industry require the maintenance of Dio cheese premium. There has been a tendency in some parts io go for quantity rather than quality. To regain and maintain New Zealand’s reputation lor high quality cheese a good close-bodied article is " required. The premium system will encourage ils production. It is understood that already this spring there is a noticeable improvement.
