TECHNICAL COLLEGE TONE EVIDENCE AT INQUIRY (Per Press Association.) AI'OKLAND, this Ray. The Seddon Memorial College inquiry •was continued this morning. Evidence was given by the Board ot Managers, and (he Director ot Technical Lducaticn that the general tone and morale of the institution had' greatly improved since the director, Mr. Park, had been in charge. Two teachers gave evidence that the stall' was a happy family, with the exception of the two or three, teachers named during the proceedings.
