Cable Association.l (Received September 30, noon) LONDON, September '29. , "New Loan Fiasco" on the posters was how the evening papers announced the poor public response to the New South Wales loan. Financial editors in their comment say they are not surprised as New South Wales has been a frequent borrower, and its loans are very' seldom fully subscribed.
