LLOYD GEORGE'S VISIT POSTPONED TILL SPRING (Australian and N.Z.' Cnblo Association.) (Received 'September 30, 12 noon.) LONDON, Sept. 29. Owing to the unsettled' industrial position, Mr Lloyd George has postponed till the spring his visit to Russia, where the .Soviet has already arranged full facilities to enable him to see the actual state of affairs in Russia.
