General Kondylis lias dissolved his party, and is retiring from polities m order to stop the complaints that ho is working in his own interests. COMPLETE RETIREMENT MESSAGE TO THE NATION (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received September 24, noon) ATHENE, September 23. General Kondylis, in a message to the nation, says that although he mine into power as the head of a political party he is retiring from politics completely. He requests his political friends to join the other Republican parties, or to stand for election as independents. The Government will continue as a service cabinet, and will hold elections on the proportional representation system.
