PRIMARY SCHOOLS' SPORTS
On Friday the eighth annua) sports gathering of the Poverty Bay Primary Schools will be held nt the Stanley road Oval. Mast of the school? of the district will "lie taking part, ;i record number having entered teann for the various competitions. The morning will bo devoted to the preliminary rounds in the teams' «>mpelitsohs. Finals will bo played in the afternoon, and a programme of 30 races run off, suitable prizes being awarded. Owing to the lengthy programme the sports' will start at nine o'clock. As usual refreshments will be on sale at the grounds. For the convenience of rounU-y children the morning and evening trains will stop at Stanley read.
