ART UNION FRAUD
TICKET-SELLER GAOLED (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH. this day. Alfred Genet was sentenced to four months’ hard labor on a charge of fraud. The police said the accused went round selling art union tickets, but did not account of the money. He obtained the tickets under a false name.
