CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Although the property market has been dull in. the winter months a distinct revival is now noticeable. Agents report that prices, if on a slightlv lower basis than formerly, are firm, while the money market is easier, mortgagees showing a marked tendency to lend doom free!v. . ■ Several lame residential properties have changed hands recently. Apart from the revival in business ia residential property, hotel accommodation is being extended, and in several instances distinct improvements are being effected in the appearance of the city by shop and office buildings now in. course of erection. . . ■
