PREMIER’S ASPIRATIONS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.! LISBON, July 6. It is semi-officially announced that the Premier, General Gomes Dacosta, on the ground that Cabinet as at present constituted does not satisfy the aspirations of the revolution, is dispensing with the services of the Ministers of Colonies, Foreign Affairs, and the Interior, in Major Ochoa, General Carmoni, and Dr. Antonio Clavo.
