The Chamber has approved a Bill pro riding lor laying down by June 30, 1927, at an estimated cost of 11,000,000 gold francs, one cruiser, three destroyers, four torpedo boats, one submarine cruiser, live first-class submarines and several minor craft as part of the general building programme over a period of years.
