ROOF COLLAPSES ON CROWD. THIRTEEN KILLED: FIFTY INJURED. (Reuter's Telegram J BERLIN, July 5. Thirteen "were killed and fifty injured in the village of Woltersdorf, near Berlin, through, the collapse of a roof, under which a crowd were shelterin''- from a thunderstorm. The roof was struck by lightning and the crowd were panic-stricken.
