Seale, that the Australian Labor Party Conference had been closed, over ICO delegates re-assembled at the usual meeting hour and a vote of censure on the president wtos passed for his alleged unconstitutional act in dosing (he conference. It was also decided to demand a special conference, to be hold at an early date, for the purpose of considering the agenda paper which was left untouched by the conference.
