SOLDIER SETTLER KILLED.
CART FALLS INTO DITCH. (Per Press Association 1 DANNEVIRKE', this day. A fatal accident occurred at the Glengarry soldier settlement this ' morning. J. F. Tidswell, one of the settlers, married, with one child, was found dead in a deep ditch alongside the road, into which his horse and cart had fallen when on the way home from the factory. Tidswell was much injured about the head. It is presumed that he was kicked by the horse. Deceased was very popular, and was one of the leaders of the returned men on the block.
