MADMAN IN A CAFE.
A DOG. CUT IN TWO. LONDON, March 12. ' Diners were driven into a panic when a drunken Chinese, armed with a sword, entered a Paris cafe and slashed the tables and chairs. He severed a dog’s, tail and then cut the animal in two. He was; subsequently arrested.
