A fatal accident occurred at.Mai'tinJboioufth yostQyday afternoon. • Henry .Hodges Harrison, a motor-lorry driver, Jimjdoyed by Chapman and cions, was TOpeeecting to Martmborough. with a REd of four, tons of cement and when 'ascending the Otaraia cutting- at a very steep pinch, attempted to change gears, but .nursed, and. the lorry ran. backwards river the side of the road > and fell4oft. .Nicholson, a -youth ruling iyith Harrison, jumped clear and was not iftjiirodj .bl.it Harrison was buried Under the capsized load and when extricated by Dr. Webb was dead. Deceased was a married man, aged 38, wit,h no cftiltlreh.
