PRINCE’S SURPRISE VISIT. LONDON. Feb. 17. The Prince of Wales made a surprise visit to the East End of London, and mingled with 400 unemployed, who were claiming the dole. He expressed his regret that such a fine lot of men were without- work through no fault, of their own. The Prince chatted with several of the men, dropping hints about the fine opportunities' offered by tho Dominions. Itn visited girls, boys and sailors’ hostels, and autographed the sailors’ dis-charge-hook. He. was vociferously cheered wherever he appeared.
