BOMB AND BULLETS. LOUKENCO-MAEQUEZ RIOT. LONDON, Jan. 20. Private advices indicate that serious rioting lias occurred at Lourenco'Marquez (Portuguese East Africa), says the Johannesburg correspondent of the Times. It is reported that a bomb was thrown at one of the <\hief railway officials while he was dining at the Carlton Hotel.
