In connection with the territorial training caiup being held at To Knraka from February 6 to .12 inclusive, the Y.M.C.A. is" establishing a centre for social and recreational work. The provision ol" reading material is necessary, ■ and the Association appeals to Ihe community to donate sufficient magazines and books, and the loan of some gramophone records. Every care will bo exercised with the records to ensure their not; being damaged. Those desiring to assist in 1 lie provision of these social amenities could leave them at the Y.M.C.A. office, South British Chambers.
